Beam Patterns

When installing an LED headlight, it is important to consider the light beam pattern. The beam pattern should be properly aligned so that the light does not cause glare for other drivers. The size and arrangement of the LED chips will also impact the light beam pattern. For example, some LED bulbs use a rectangular chip layout, while others have a more square design. In order to qualify for warranty coverage, you must provide proof of purchase and submit the defective product. The replacements we send out will be identical to the ones you originally received. Our warranty covers the relay harnesses, chrome or black finish and truck lights suppliers shutter operation. We do not cover the actual light used inside the headlight as that is covered by a separate manufacturer’s warranty.

When installing the new bulbs, you need to make sure that they are aimed properly. Otherwise, they will produce a poor beam pattern and will blind other drivers on the road. If you are unsure about how to install the headlights, you can ask for help from someone who has previous experience with this task.

The first step is to remove the dust cap and the previous globe from the headlight. After that, you need to fit the LED bulb into the headlight housing. Then, connect the LED light connector to the factory plug. After connecting the bulb, you need to fit the rubber gasket back on the headlight housing. This will prevent any moisture from getting into the headlight connector and damaging the bulbs.

Once you’ve installed the headlights, you can test their performance by driving to a dark place. After that, you can check the alignment of the diodes on each side. For example, if you have a dual-beam light, you’ll want the two sets of diodes to be aligned horizontally at 3 and 9 o’clock.
